Refunds and Warranty

Mobile Phone Warranty:

PKvalley offers 12 months official warranty on every single Mobile phone. Mobile phone warranty is official brand warranty which is handled by cellular phone brand not any outsider merchant. Above specified warranty might cover the “software” and “hardware” faults the unit undergo during the utilization of your phone amid the first year. However, Warranty will be invalid and voided in the event of phone burnt, physical harm or if secure seal is broken.

Warranty claim can be made at any nearest outlets of specific mobile phone brand. Alternatively, you can also send the faulty unit along-with the original box, accessories and a valid Warranty card to us and we would take care of the rest. Moreover, you are advised to take a backup of your data before sending the unit. PKValley will not be responsible for the loss of your data in the unit.

7 Days Replacement/Check Warranty:

PKvalley provides 7 days replacement warranty on fix items (Only on those items which has 7 days replacement warranty specified in product description, products in which warranty is not mentioned can’t be supplanted)

Every single Physical shortcoming are to be examined at the time of processing and they are the ones which can be obvious, however claims for scratches, imprints should not be entertained in our 7 Days replacement policy and just the issues that cannot be spotted are to be secured.

Method of Claim:

To make warranty claim, send complete details of your request and product related issues on “support@pkvalley.com”. Our team will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours. A few items have warranty cards, however, other than that PKvalley’s staff will send you a ‘claim form’ which you have to fill out and send us along-with product on given location. We’ll give you status of your case inside of 10 days.

Refund Policy:

If you don’t like our product or change your mind later, you can refund it within 7 days after delivery. In case of refund you’ll get 70% of product price, there is no refunding of shipping charges. No refund claim will be accepted if product packing is opened and product is being used by customer.

Replacement warranty (On Laptops only):

PKvalley offers 7 days replacement warranty on Laptops given that:

  • There is a hardware fault in the laptop.
  • The specifications are not as mentioned on respective product page.
  • Model number of Laptop is not what it is mentioned or as shown in the images.

However, replacement warranty DOES NOT apply on the following conditions:

  • If there are any noticeable scratches or marks or any other kind of ‘small’ tear or rupture on the body.
  • If the customer does not like the product without any reason
  • Any other kind of claim, other than those mentioned above shall not be entertained under this.

Method to claim:

If any customer wants to avail Money Back Guarantee claim, he or she will have to call us at our given numbers or email us at “support@pkvalley.com” to explain the reason for the claim. After processing the reason given by the customer, our team will analyze it and will verify whether it falls under the conditions as mentioned above to get the claim. If the claim is in accordance with the mentioned conditions, the customer will send the product to our office via TCS. Our team will physically examine the laptop and if the claim holds true, full refund will be provided to the customer via Direct Bank Transfer or any other reasonable method.

PKvalley holds the right to dismiss any claim which does not fall under the conditions mentioned above for replacement warranty.

PKvalley does not accept any refund claim on services. At the point when any client press ‘BUY NOW’  and purchase any item from PKvalley, All stated policies and Terms & Conditions will apply consequently.
